Ibaté: A Refugee In The Largest Latin American City

Ibaté is Studio Arthur Casas’s newest project! Located in São Paulo, the building has been designed following Le Corbusier's five points of architecture: pilotis, free design of the ground plan, free design of the facade, horizontal windows, and roof garden. Thus, combining modern and contemporary, the Casas works side-by-side with the landscape architect Renata Tilli, using concrete alongside the presence of nature to create a refugee in the biggest Latin American city
